How do we get stunning product photos?
Our approach connects you with a project manager who will accompany you and give advice on how to best present your products.



Step 1
Get in touch
Start product photography by contacting us via form or email. In this first step, you will receive an order number and detailed instructions for shipping the products to our studio. There is no obligation at this point and after we discuss the details of your project, we will send you an accurate quote.
When you place an order, your project will be entered into our system, but you do not have to proceed if you change your mind.

Step 2
Submit your products
Carefully pack your products and send them to our studio. We recommend that you choose the best products to avoid imperfections. Upon receipt, we will notify you that your products have arrived safely at our studio.

Step 3

We'll work with you to create a shot list that captures your vision. Once approved, you'll receive a detailed quote and payment instructions. Once payment is received, your project will be queued for photo production.
We are available by email. We can also work with you via video conference such as Zoom or Google Meet.
When you place your order, we will contact you with our direct contact information.
Most projects are completed within approximately 1-2 weeks (excluding holidays) from the time we receive your products and payment. If your project is very large and involves a lot of photos, this may increase the production time.
If you need very fast production, there is also the option of express production.
Step 3

Yes. Our photography and editing is 100% done in our studio, allowing us to ensure quality at every step.
We have produced more than 10,000 product photos for our customers. Since we specialize exclusively in product photography, we devote a lot of time to education and new techniques that help us present your products in the best light.
Step 5
photo delivery
Once completed, your photos will be available in a private online gallery for immediate viewing and downloading.
We will contact you shortly after completion to ensure you are happy with the results and work with you on any necessary changes or edits.
Product photos are delivered in high resolution at 300 DPI, JPEG and the highest quality settings at 4000 × 4000 pixels.
In addition to high-resolution originals, we also offer you the option of selecting smaller JPEG images for online use. You can tell us the desired dimensions for the track in advance.
Upon delivery of the final photos, you receive an unlimited, global, perpetual license to use online, in print and on television, regardless of country. Copyright for all photos remains the property of Product Photo Studio EU, which reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes. For additional usage options, including full rights redemption, please ask when confirming the quote.
If we have made a mistake, we will gladly retake the photos free of charge or edit them as agreed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept re-photography for artistic or editorial reasons or due to an error on the part of the client.
Step 6
return of products
Once production is complete, your products will be returned for collection or given away, depending on your preference.
The return costs will be shown on your offer and invoice.
If the return is to a foreign country (not Austria), we are obliged to take into account all actual costs incurred for the return to a specific country.
You can also arrange for the return to be picked up personally at our studio or your delivery service can do this for you.
Sometimes it doesn't make sense to invest in return costs, especially if the products have a lower value.
In this case, we donate the products unless they were used for photographic purposes.
Of course! If you would like to pick up your products in person from our studio, please let us know. We will then be happy to prepare your products for personal collection.
FAQ
The price for product photography depends on the total number of photos in your project as well as any optional extras you require.
We usually charge per photo. For example, if you have 2 products and want 3 photos for each product, we will send you a quote for 6 photos in total. An exception is the Amazon packages where you get multiple photos for one price.
We offer payment by bank transfer to the company's current account.
For quantification purposes, each project is priced separately. If you can combine smaller projects into one photoshoot, we can offer you a volume discount.
For larger orders, the prices for individual photos are reduced because it is more efficient for us to complete one large project than several smaller ones.

We strive for successful and long-term cooperation with our clients. Even if you have just completed a project with us, you can count on our help in the future. This is especially true for individual / new photos in the online store, because we have a system that allows us to make all your photos in the same style, even if they were made in different periods.
Of course, if you need larger objects photos, we also offer photography on-site or, if required, in a larger studio that we prepare specifically for the project.
